Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. No notice period, no questions asked. You can do this via a direct link in your email from Paystack, or you can contact us via WhatsApp or email at info@christyann.fit.

Is it possible to pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription by contacting us via email (info@christyann.fit) with the number of monthly cycles you wish to pause. This option helps avoid price increases and extra admin should you decide to resubscribe later.

Are the recorded videos available anytime?

Yes, you have access to all recorded videos to do at your own convenience, anywhere, anytime.

What platform can I use to view the videos?

The live and recorded videos are accessible via private YouTube links and our private Facebook group, where daily links are posted.

What equipment do I need?

For bodyweight sessions, no equipment is needed, but an exercise mat is more comfortable than just doing the exercises on the floor or carpet. For resistance sessions involving weights and bands, you need a set of weights and some exercise bands as a minimum. You can find all the equipment that you would need on my site. Can I upgrade my workouts to include resistance sessions at any time?

Yes, adding the resistance sessions is highly recommended. Starting with only the bodyweight sessions is okay for beginners but once you have got the hang of it, it is imperative that you add resistance to see results. You can upgrade to include resistance sessions with weights and bands at any stage to progress your training. I personally saw amazing results when I started including resistance training in my routine.

What if I am traveling and have no internet access?

You can download the YouTube videos (YouTube download function) beforehand to ensure you have access even without an internet connection.

What types of sessions do you offer?

We offer a variety of sessions from full-body strength to targeted workouts for different body parts throughout the week. This ensures a comprehensive fitness regimen. Read more about our workouts.

How do I stay consistent with online workouts?

We offer a community WhatsApp group for accountability and motivation. There are also challenges from time to time that are free for all subscribers. For personalized support, you can subscribe to our premium package, which includes weekly check-ins from me, Christy Ann. Learn more here.

Where can I find nutritional plans to complement the workouts?

You can purchase our detailed ChristyAnn.fit eating plans, which include shopping lists and delicious weekly menus. An eating plan is also normally available for free as part of the challenges that subscribers have free access to. Check our plans.

Do I have access to fitness challenges if I subscribe to the monthly workouts?

Subscribing to the workout plans gives you access to regular workouts as well as the occasional special fitness challenges, which include both workouts and an eating plan.

Will I get bulky with weights and bands resistance sessions?

No, using weights and resistance bands in your workouts will not make you bulky. These tools help tone your body and increase strength without the bulk. It is more difficult for women to get bulky than you would think! I have personally seen great results in my shape and tone when I started including resistance training in my routine.

Is it safe to do your exercises during pregnancy?

If your healthcare professional has cleared you for exercise, yes, it is very important to exercise during pregnancy! As a qualified physiotherapist with a special interest in women's health, I ensure that there is always an easier version of exercises that are safe during pregnancy and for those with complications such as diastasis recti. When can I start doing your exercises again after having a baby?

All pregnant subscribers get a complimentary ChristyAnn.fit “post-partum” electronic booklet to equip and prepare themselves for the postpartum phase. There are safe exercises to do from day 1 postpartum, with advice to rehabilitate and get ready to return to activity again. When your healthcare practitioner has cleared you for exercise, first stick to the easier versions of each exercise. Our postpartum safe exercises are ideal for rehabilitating your core and pelvic floor. These exercises are designed to help you heal and build strength gradually so that you can return to your normal strength as soon as possible.
